The ability to quantify life in multiple scientific domains enables us to detect threats in biosecurity. As Rapporteur, John leads a multinational coalition to develop International Recommendations at the United Nations' International Telecommunications Union ITU-T SG17(nominated by US State Department). Biosafety and Biosecurity expert supporting Cybersecurity, Semiconductor, IoT, Human Intel, Telewarfare (remote warfare), and Healthcare-Telemedicine markets.

Dr. Paul Roach
Chief of Cardiology & Biosignal Chief of Staff,
Board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease. Dr. Roach was born in Kansas City, Missouri. He attended St. Louis University and Northwestern School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and Cardiology Fellowships in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Former Chief of Staff, Seton Family of Hospitals.

With 10 years in Pediatric Cardiac Critical Care Medicine, Dr. Alexander's passion is for all things that benefit the well-being of the patient - and the people who care for them. In my practice and teaching of medicine, Dr. Alexander follows the best practices and good clinical judgment with focused effort, study, compassion, humility and synergistic cooperation working with a team of professionals.
Utilizing my medical training and experience, Dr. Alexander enjoys caring for children in the CICU, and continuously seeking opportunities for additional growth in my field. As physician, he feels it is a responsibility to be good stewards of the talents we've been given to serve our patients within a healthcare environment that understands the needs of multiple constituents: It is not enough to provide excellent clinical care, physician leaders must understand and lead good business practices.
